Our Valentine's fun...

This year for Vday Daddy surprised his two favorite girls with dinner out on the town! We had so much fun and Lillie was so good. She sat with us and played with her giraffe from Nana and Papaw she got for Vday, thanks so much you two!!

I made what I thought in my mind would be C-U-T-E cupcakes, yeah as you can see there is a reason I am not a professional baker, didn't really think the whole brown icing through and they look like poopcakes. LOL Oh well, they sure didn't taste like poopcakes!

Daddy also surprised his girls with flowers and candy, as you can see Lillie loved her flowers. She wouldn't keep her hands out of them. :)

What a wonderful first Valentine's Day for Lillie. Looking forward to many more! xoxo

Daddy took his girls out to dinner for Lillie's first Valentine's day! It was so much fun and she was so good. We all had a blast. Daddy also got both of his girls flowers, pictures to come soon. Happy Vday!! xoxo

4 Months!

We can't believe she is four months already!! She is so close to rolling over, she just can't seem to figure out she needs to move that other arm out of the way. lol She is doing so good with tummy time, even pulls her legs up under her with her booty in the air trying to move. She is still such a talker. Two nights ago she had Dan and I in stitches she was laughing and screaming so loud it was too funny. She is a drooler, a lover, loves loves loves to play on her matt and sometimes loves to snuggle. :) She knows what she wants and when she is tired she wants in her crib. Good for us but sad for my snuggle time. Every once in awhile I catch her so sleepy she gives in and falls asleep in my arms.

This month we try new things! Cereal!! I can't wait to see her face when she eats those, she hates formula so I can only imagine what she will do with this new stuff. I have been having to supplement a little with formula because I just can't keep up with the girl!

We love you so much Lillie Monster. We look forward to every new adventure with you! xoxo

Lillie got an adorable hat and mitten set along with some cute earrings from Poppy and Bama for vday. She seems to love the hat but the mittens are getting in the way of sucking her thumb! lol She sucked the glove anyways. hee hee Thanks so much you two!

Look at all of the snow! That is our driveway and the street with a stray cat peeking out, he was sitting up in this mess!

Last night the snow was so bad the hospital sent me home super early!! I clocked in at 2:30 pm and clocked out at 5:30pm. They operated on minimal staff and sent pretty much everyone home. Soooo, we had a family blizzard night! Suishi, pizza, diet coke and family! Totally blizzard essentials. lol I might have stopped at Hyvee on the way home. I could not believe they were still open. Thanks goodness they were! lol

Today I shoveled the driveway, Dan slipped on the ice on monday and really screwed up his back. Soooo, being the wonderful wife I am..lol..I shoveled the drive way. Man it was hard work, but an awesome work out!! Hopefully we don't get dumped on again this year, I am SO OVER the snow! lol What are your blizzard essentials?

My friends are life size...on elevator doors!! :)

Katie, (bottom left) Chi Chi, (middle) and Karyn (top middle) are all on the elevator doors at work!! :) TMC likes to put employee pictures up on the elevator doors...especially of those who participate in the corporate challenge. And as you may have guessed, they did ping pong!! Ahhh the days of practicing ping pong as a student. I helped them practice, but really wasn't a help at all, I SUCKED! lol Congrats guys!! Now I have you at hospital hill after all!! hee hee
