A surprise and a baby shower!

I know I know it's blurry but I couldn't do a retake due to the batteries dying! :(

Mommy and Daddy to be with something they will be seeing a lot of soon, except Shawn's diapers won't smell quite so chocolatey! :)
Momma Jackson called me yesterday and said they wanted to surprise Dan for his bday (which is this wed) and wanted to come see us today! So I didn't tell my bubs and they left bright and early this morning alllll the way from St. Louis. Well Dan worked last night and didn't get to sleep til about 8 a.m. soooo I woke him up when they got here around 11:30 a.m. and was like, honey don't be crabby and go open the front door for me please. He was half asleep and looked at me and said "you are freakin me out" and got up and was like what the heck when he saw his parents! It was great, you guys totally surprised him. So we had a nice visit til 1:00 and they headed back :( We were really sad to see you guys go but we know you had to get back and loved the surprise visit! We can't WAIT to see you in april when we come visit. I got a surprise too, Momma Jackson made us a FABULOUS scrapbook of us for 2007, it is soooo nice. I can't thank you enough mom for making it for us, we love it.
Later that night I went to Megan's baby shower for Shawn. I made them a blanket as you can see, they are doing his room in police cars, fire trucks and stuff, it's a cute set that babies r us has. So I decided to add Shawn's initials and a little police car to both sides of the blanket. You can see the whole thing better in the one she is holding up. Megan-- I had a great time at the shower, don't forget what I said, you better keep those legs of yours closed if Shawn tries to come while we are in St. Louis!! ;) I got to see Dave at the end for a second, it was good to see you guys again, Dan is sad he missed out!
