Happy Thanksgiving! George is thankful for....

his little sister, Abbie..and.....
KITTY LITTER!!!! Yeah so this morning we brought Abbie in our room with us and watched the parade in bed and let the dogs run around the house as usual. Well, apparently George is thankful for Abbies kitty litter...lol. It was ALLL over the guest bathroom floor. At first I thought Abbie did it and I was pissed, and when I walked down the hall to ask Dan if the bathroom was like that when he let her out my little George was hunkered down in the hall like he had just done something REALLY bad. Yeeah, the evidence was alll over his face....lol. Gotta love em! (look closely, the kitty litter is allll over his nose and lips in the second one!)
Today, we went to my parents and hung out all day. Ate waaaay too much food and played taboo all night. (love that game!)
Oh and for those thinking about seeing Four Christmases....DO IT!! We went with Ken and Keri last night after I got off work and it was HILARIOUS!!
Hope everybody had a great TURKEY DAY!!!
Love,
The Jacksons

A few reception pics....

Oh yes, we spiced up our first dance a little....
Me and my granddad...
Going in with his teeth!

I don't have any pics from the reception, so I stole a few off of Momma Jackson's photo slide show she sent me. I will be getting more from people soon and posting those.
So, Dan and I spiced up our first dance with the u-tube sensation video and cut in on our wedding song with some "baby got back" We made up our own dance though of course, we did not copy theirs. My granddad recorded it with his video camera so after I get it converted to a cd I will see if I can get that little part on there. It was soooo funny and so much fun, not a soul expected it from us and everyone loved it!! That first pic at the top is us starting our dance out. So, technically "our songs" would be "love of a lifetime" by firehouse and "baby got back" from sir mix alot...that will be fun to tell the kids one day.....lol.
I wish everyone could have come, thanks to those who did, we had soooo much fun. We were sad when it was all over!! More pics of our great night to come soon....

A few of our activities....

Our little feetsies, 600 FREAKIN FEET IN THE AIR!!
Yeah do you see our tiny little boat in the right hand corner?
Our harnesses, where they belong, on the boat without us in them! :)
Getting ready for the dolphin excursion!
My sparkling hubby, the water was sooo pretty and we were waaaay out there!
While in Florida we decided to do a few things, here are two of them. One of them I am glad I did but NEVER ever will I do it again! :) We went parasailing, wow, really don't know why I wanted to, I am scared to death of heights!! The whole time we were up there I wanted down. We went 600 ft up, that's as tall as the stinkin arch!! That 12 min ride felt like 12 days. I was shaking uncontrollably and could not take very good pics, I never even looked at what I was taking, just snapping away, too scared to let go of the cord and lift the camera to my face!
Another day we went on a dolphin excursion on sea-dos. That was SOOO much fun. It was just me, dan and the guide for the first 30 mins then she went back and left us alone for and hour and a half. We stared out waaay in the gulf, the waters were sooo choppy, but we really wanted to see dolphins, and we did!! They came soooo close to the sea-dos, we could have reached out and touched them!! It was sooo cool. The cameras we had were the waterproof ones and they don't take the best of pics, so that's why the last one of the dolphins sucks so much!! After and hour in the gulf we decided to go into the bay where it was less choppy and we saw even more wild dolphins, of course I had used up all my film by then, they got soo close too!! So, the sea-dos are a must again, the parasailing bit....NEVER AGAIN!! :)

Survivor....Gabon...

Ok so who is a survivor freak like myself and Dan? I never watched this show and now I am HOOKED!! Seriously this season has been full of blindsides and we LOVE it!! The looks on peoples faces are priceless this year. Looks like the underdogs might take over, I never ever would have guessed it!! So, what do you guys think about it this season?

Family time....

The group! Don't know why this pic is so foggy....operator error I am sure!
All Keri wanted was a nice pic of them.....lol....
Last night we had a little family time, Dan's brother, Ken and fiance, Keri (my soon to be sister in law!!) came over to see our new place and have dinner. We had a blast...eating, drinking and telling old stories. Thanks guys for the bottle of wine, if we hadn't sampled so many others last night we probably would have opened that one!! We are looking forward to trying it soon. Thanks too for a great evening, it was great seeing you guys again. Looking forward to our movie night date!! Happy Belated Birthday again Keri!!
P.S. Keri--I didn't put the ones of us on here because I look like a 4oo lb bufferilla, if you use those pics of us anywhere on  your camera I will find you! ;)

Slumber Party!!!

I just love her...
We made our own pizzas....YUM
Goodnight my prince....
She LOVES Louie...
Tonight was a slumber party with me and Kylie!! Before Dan left for work we all made dinner together, our own pizzas!! So tasty and oh so cheap!! Kylie loved being able to put whatever she wanted all over her pizza, and we let her garnish ours too. After dinner we played with the animals, she loves Louie and Abbie, this was the first time she had seen Abbie.
Then Dan had to leave for work...she was soo funny, in that pic of her and him she was telling him "goodnight my prince", and Dan said "what? I am Amanda's prince." And she promptly replied as she pulled him in for a hug, that's ok, you can be my prince too." We were cracking up!! So Dan left for work and then it was movie time. In the middle of movie time she needed to take a potty brake so she did. I am sitting on the couch waiting for her and I hear..."Manda....get in here!!" so, I get in there to find her off of the toilet staring into the bowl, pointing and exclaiming "LOOK, I pooped a snowman!!" I about peed my pants from laughing(yes, curiosity got to me, it did indeed look like a snowman). Ahh kids and their cute thoughts and comments, I so need some! :) Hope everyone had a great tuesday, I know I did. I love you Kylie, I wish I could spend so much more time with you like this, you are growing up waaaay to fast.

Don't feed the seagulls.....EVER!

Yeah so there we were, on an empty beach, just me and Dan and one sand pipper (those little tiny cute birds) Well we brought sandwiches to the beach for lunch and my silly husband thought it would be a good idea to feed him. WOW All of a sudden 6 seagulls come out of no where and start dive bombing us. I couldn't film this correctly due to the birds swooping right over my head!! It was hilarious. (and scary...I have an unnatural fear of birds ever since I watched Alfred Hitchcock's movie "The Birds" like ten freakin years ago!!)

Where we stayed....

Our place....The Nautilus...
View from our bedroom and living room balcony....
The living/dinning room....(and my dress)
view from our bed....
The GINORMOUS kitchen.....(and my handsome husband)

So, this is our place that we stayed in for the week. It was awesome!! It was waaay bigger than we needed, besides what you see-- it had two bathrooms and another room with two queen beds, huge place!! The kitchen was even fully stocked so we were able to make lunches, breakfasts and such at home. It was very well kept, had great views, a nice quiet place, we would stay here again!
