I am a little baby bird....
Friday night we made a spontaneous trip to the fair with my rents, Jess and Kylie. Well, Kylie loved the frozen lemonade and blue raspberry drinks we got and instead of asking for a drink, she would just hold her mouth open like a baby bird.....it was soooo funny!!! She is so stinkin cute!! Oh, by the way it was only 130 degrees even at 8 p.m., hence the sweaty papa pic! Oh, and that is my papa again with us, not joe cool, he decided he needed to wear his shades at night too to look extra smooth! Hee hee, I love my parents. Great way to spend a friday night, sweatin like pigs while walking amongst them! Oh, one of the pigs did get loose and walk around by us, he was HUGE and sooooo cute! I wanted to take him home!
Feed me! Feed me! Feed me!
Cheers to a sweaty night at the fair.
Family pic with Joe Cool, we did get his autograph.
Dan, Jess and me!!

Wow! I nearly forgot how hot it is there in KS. I'm wearing a jacket here most of the time.
Oh yes, the fair! Let me see here. Me being a city boy from St. Louis, I was way out of my element. I did not know there was a dress code for the fair. I didn't know you had to have tight freakin jeans on with a pearl snap shirt (sleeves or no sleeves optional) cowboy hat with matching boots, and a can of skoal inside those tight fittin jeans. Also, I loved the fact that I could roam around with the dinner that I was going to eat that night. Whether that be cow, pig, rabbit, chicken, you name it, it was there and clueless that it would soon be on a dinner plate somewhere in the US. Wow, the fair, I loved every minute of it.
Love DJ
Kylie cracks me up...loves her some drinks! ;) The one of you guys with Jessica is cute!
