Sunday was a great day, but we have to start from the beginning. Dan and I got roped into a DUI check lane that didn't let us get to bed until 5 am, very good times!! We wanted to be at Mel and Steve's between 9-10 a.m. but uh yeah, we didn't start the day til 11 with them! So, we might have been a little delirious, which might explain the whole time I was telling Dan to watch where he stepped I was dumping paint on the floor from the pan, it was hilarious. Don't worry it was all on the drop cloth, otherwise we or I would have been kicked out immediately as it was quite a large puddle of paint! Dan flipped off the sponge roller a couple of times too, no worries, no stains. So, Mel and Steve we promise to get more sleep for this saturday and not be so goofy with our painting skills!! Thanks for the pizza, beer, cookies, and of course good times. We are very much looking forward to Saturday. Oh and just for all you out there, their house ROCKS!!! Dan and I wanted to buy it from them. It has the coolest set up and the coolest BACK YARD you have ever seen. No worries, you will be able to view the backyard when it cools down due to lots of gatherings at the "new" hang out in KC, the WOODS!!
