So, wow, where do I begin? Tonight I had been planning for about a month, I got one of Dan's best friends Justin, to drive alllll the way from St. Louis to see Dan for his bday and it was a total surprise! Justin and I worked out all the details and he knocked on our door today around 5, I videoed it but uhhh yeah it won't be posted on the blog due to a very surprised Dan throwing out the bleepity bleeps! :) So, after that surprise Dan thought it was just us three going to Yardhouse for his Bday dinner, nope, Mel, Steve, Liam, Chris and Kim were there waiting for us!! He was soooo surprised again! I did so good this year, not a secret escaped! So we are sitting there, all of us done with dinner and Dan pushes his chair back really far from the table ( I really thought he really needed to go to the bathroom) and thanks everyone for coming out to his bday and says " I am gonna be selfish for a moment, I planned on doing this tonight before I knew everyone was coming. (and he got done on one knee and I just couldn't believe it, I started to tear up) and he looked at me and said "I love you, I want to know if you will be my birthday present for life, will you marry me?" I stated pointing at him and actually smacked him in his arm the whole time he was saying this because he told me the jewelers would not be done with the ring til late March and he had been calling me a liar teasingly all night due to all the surprises I had been planning for him so I was sooo calling him a Liar too....it was so funny. So, that is the finger pointing shot you see!! I said yes and of course we sealed it with a kiss. I was soooo surprised, he could not have done it on a better night, I did not have a clue, I planned all these surprises for him for this night and here he was planning the biggest surprise of my life! WOW I am so excited, I can't put it into words. I love you bubs!

Wow baby, what a night! I could not have been more surprised, nervous, excited, you name it, all the feelings were there. I'm so lucky to call you my fiance. Where have you been my whole life?
